Educating athletes on their potential to make a positive impact on the world, connecting them with the causes they care about & inspiring others to do the same.
Pele F.C. Alumni Corporation is a 501(c) non-profit organization whose mission is to empower children in Guyana and help them overcome their abject poverty through education and the power of sports. By providing educational opportunities for youth soccer players who are in need of cash support we can help the youth of Guyana pursue their academic endeavors.

The Pele F.C. Alumni corporation was formed in August 2010 to commemorate the 40th Anniversary Reunion of our Club. More than three hundred past and present executives, coaches, players and fans attended. Following the reunion, the Pele F.C. Alumni was formed and was officially incorporated into a non-profit organization in March of 2012.

Our guiding vision is to give back to the community where most of our players/members got their humble beginnings. We're proud to say over 1500 students have passed through the Pele F.C. Alumni Youth Development Program since its inception. Over the years we have provided soccer uniforms for over 36 youth clubs along with uniform kits and seven students (both boys and girls) have gone onto a full four-year scholarship at the University of Guyana, along with one student, who has received a one year scholarship.

Once a year Pele F.C. Alumni holds a three-day Youth Development Camp in Guyana. The purpose of our Youth Development Camp is to empower and highlight the many talents and skills of less privileged boys and girls by making available classes, field trips, seminars and workshops which provide life lessons and forums on contemporary issues concerning sports and its link to continuing education and academic scholarships.
